SlateViolet Reserve is a private, curated matchmaking service for Texas residents who are 18+ and firmly childfree and monogamous. Admission is not guaranteed. We may adjust eligibility at our discretion.

Safety & Background Checks

NOTICE TO TEXAS MEMBERS: WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON EVERY MEMBER BEFORE ALLOWING MEMBER-TO-MEMBER COMMUNICATION.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, or timelines. We provide private introductions based on information provided by candidates.

Payments & Refunds

Any fees (e.g., candidacy or program fees) will be disclosed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise in an order form, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Communications

By opting in, you agree to receive emails and/or SMS about your candidacy and program updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, and you can reply STOP to end SMS. We obtain explicit consent for SMS where required.

Recording & Verification

Screening calls may be recorded with notice/consent. Verification may include government ID and selfie checks via Stripe Identity.

Governing Law; Disputes

Texas law governs these Terms. Venue lies in Texas courts unless otherwise agreed. If you prefer arbitration, consult counsel to add an arbitration clause before launch.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
